Walking for from 4 hours on hiking days, on paths, tracks, paths, or hilly courses. Suitable for hikers with some basic experience looking to gain more experience.
Walking over 6 hours per day on both trails and off-trail terrain. Reasonably fit hikers who get out at least once a month should be able to handle this level. Endurance and stamina required.
